A strategic re-brand for an internet service provider built to align vision, rally internal teams, and scale across cities
Andrena needed a rebrand that could lean on their strong origin story but attract new customers during their nationwide expansion. We delivered a bold, flexible system anchored by a hand-drawn typeface and a dynamic bracket animation that gave the team direction and delight.
Andrena delivers high-speed internet in select U.S. cities. Their previous branding lacked cohesion and failed to reflect the unique energy of their team and product. We kicked off with a brand workshop that set the foundation for alignment. From there, we explored new conceptual directions and eventually landed on a fresh, expressive visual system that did more than just look good—it got the whole team on board (no easy feat).

Our flexible bracket system was built to highlight, reveal, and connect ideas. This execution became the connective tissue of the Andrena brand, working across web, animation, print, and merch.
We created an imagery system that blended AI and Photoshop presets to produce scalable, humanistic assets with a watercolor effect—bridging their technical edge with a personal touch.
Lastly, we overhauled the onboarding experience for both customers and property owners, including a new dual marketing site and custom motion graphics that spotlight Andrena's unique infrastructure. From door hangers and brochures to sign-up flows and email coms, the new Andrena visual identity is live in cities across the country.
What's nice was that everyone was on the same page. The Coalesce team was attentive and punctual.
